Notice re: political activity near crestmont hall:
The Crestmont Homeowners Association (CHOA) would like to clarify for our residents that the Association is a strictly non-partisan, non-political organization.
While individuals may exercise their right to free expression or petition on public property (such as the City-owned sidewalks and road rights-of-way adjacent to our facility), these activities are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the CHOA. Our priority remains the management of our community assets and providing a welcoming, neutral environment for all our members. We appreciate your understanding.
2026 HOA Fees:
March 1, 2026 Update: A reminder that fees were due by February 28, 2026. Any accounts still outstanding on April 1, 2026 will be sent to a law firm for further processing.
The annual homeowners association fees have now been issued for the fiscal year of January 1 – December 31, 2026. The fee remains $350.00 + GST for the upcoming year.
Payment options:
1. Online using your PerfectMind account. Click here for payment instructions. If you require an account set up, a password reset, or any other assistance with the member portal, please contact us.
2. Cheque made payable to the Crestmont Homeowners’ Association (CHOA) and dropped off or mailed to the office.
*Please be sure to include your name and Crestmont address on the face of the cheque and sign in the signature field.
3. In person at Crestmont Hall with a debit or credit card. The office will be open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Tuesday from 1pm to 7pm.
Annual General Meeting UPDATE:
A warm welcome to our new Board members – Dave Anderson, Paul Christensen, Rob Graham, Nicola Hoover and Melanie Marshall. They join continuing Board members Josh Comeau and Neil Makaroff.
The 2026 AGM date will be announced later this year.

ELM vs CHOA Operations:
The CHOA has put together a document outlining ELM landscaping on City property and day to day CHOA operations. The document can be found here.
We know that there are many questions surrounding which organization is responsible for what. We will be creating a detailed document to provide a clear breakdown.
