HOA Fees: Annual fees are $350+GST and are due by January 31, 2025. Fees can be paid in person at our office or online through PerfectMind. Please email admin@crestmonthall.com for assistance. Any residents still owing as of April 1, 2025 will be sent to Field Law for further processing.

PerfectMind: We are in the process of creating PerfectMind accounts for everyone who does not yet have one. PerfectMind can be used for online HOA fee payments and program registration. If you are on our email list and do not have a PerfectMind account, you will be receiving an email from PerfectMind within the coming weeks with instructions on how to set up your login. If you are not on our email list and would like to set up a PerfectMind login, please reach out to us for assistance.

If you no longer live in Crestmont, please let us know at admin@crestmonthall.com so we can remove your email from our systems!
